GUIDELINES & TERMS

Guidelines for Participants Bringing Dogs: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, including our furry friends, please adhere to the following criteria:

1. Dog Requirements:

• Dogs must be non-aggressive and friendly towards other dogs and humans.

• Dogs must be vaccinated.

• Dogs must be potty trained.

• Dogs must be clean and groomed.

• Note: Dogs that do not meet these criteria will be turned away at the door.

2. Leashing and Muzzling:

• All dogs must remain on a leash at all times outside the classroom, including the studio foyer and waiting areas.

• During the class, dogs may be unleashed while inside the classroom to allow for a more relaxed and playful environment.

• If your dog is not comfortable with other dogs (e.g., afraid of larger dogs or uneasy around smaller dogs), we recommend keeping them leashed at all times, even during the class.

• Dogs that are legally required to be muzzled must be muzzled in accordance with the Animal & Veterinary Service’s guidelines.

3. Cleaning Up After Your Dog:

• If your dog has an accident in the studio, please clean up promptly and inform our staff so the area can be sanitized.

4. Dog Etiquette:

• Ensure your dog is socialized and comfortable in the presence of other dogs and people.

• If your dog shows signs of aggression or discomfort, consider refraining from attending the event with your dog.

5. Hydration:

• While we provide a water cooler, we recommend bringing a personal water bowl for your dog to stay hydrated.

6. Respect Personal Space:

• Be mindful of other attendees and their pets. Not all dogs are comfortable with close interactions.

Liability Waiver: By attending this event, you expressly assume all risks and legal liabilities and waive and release all claims for injuries, damages, or loss that you or your dog may sustain during activities associated with Freedom Yoga’s Dog Yoga class. Acceptance of this waiver and adherence to these Terms and Conditions are conditions of participation. Additionally, a liability waiver for this class must be signed before attending the class at our studio.

Photography and Marketing Consent: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Photos and videos may be used for Freedom Yoga’s marketing purposes.

Right of Refusal: Freedom Yoga reserves the right to deny entry to participants for reasons deemed reasonable, including failure to comply with the above guidelines.
