BASICS

Basics is perfect for anybody looking to establish a proper foundation for a budding yoga practice, with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. It is a hatha practice focusing on static postures and longer holds.

Suitable for beginners with no prior experience and regular practitioners looking to revisit the foundations.

EBB & FLOW

A class inspired by the elements of nature, Ebb & Flow is ideal for people who prefer less instruction, explanation and pose breakdown. Conducted in candlelight, students can expect to flow through a base/set sequence that might vary from week to week with 10 minutes of mindfulness to end the practice.

Think of this class as an elevation to your evening wind down routine. Bring more calm and mindfulness into the daily hustle and bustle.

Suitable for practitioners familiar with yoga.

POWER

Ready to level up from your regular basics class? Explore a deeper practice as you continue to find the balance between your body and breath. Move beyond your comfort levels through an invigorating hatha sequence designed to gain strength, stamina and flexibility. Core work, inversions and arm balances may be introduced!

Suitable for practitioners who are familiar with yoga/intermediate level of physical practice.

 

FREEDOM FLOW

Allow the breath to lead the movement in this vinyasa-based class, as you flow seamlessly from one pose to the next. The purpose of this connection is to create a harmonious balance between the mind and body.

We recommend students to have a regular practice/be familiar with poses as Vinyasa classes are dynamic and faster paced in nature.

Not recommended for beginners.

POWER VINYASA

Level up from Freedom flow, this faster-paced Vinyasa sequence will energize and strengthen your mind and body. Flow into various creative transitions including inversions and arm balances.

This class is suitable for practitioners with a consistent Power and Freedom Flow practice.

Not recommended for beginners.

STRETCH & RELEASE

Designed to increase mobility, muscular flexibility and improve blood circulation, this fusion class marries the benefits of a yin and yang practice. Create greater length and space through the combination of active and passive stretch techniques for the ultimate body reset. This class is a wonderful complement to your more athletic pursuits that will leave you physically open and mentally free.

Recommended for beginners.

 

HATHA FLOW

Enjoy the best of a hatha and vinyasa practice in this hybrid class. Find strength and space in each pose while still retaining the rhythm of a gentle vinyasa class. Move through transitions at a slower pace as you experience moving more intentionally and mindfully. Harness the steadiness of your breath to find expansion in every pose.

Suitable for beginners.

WARM STRETCH

The perfect class type to complement your more active pursuits. Iron out out any kinks in your physical body as we work through longer, and deeper, more passive stretches. In a heated room, expect your muscles to relax faster than they normally would as you say hello to increased flexibility and reduced tension.

This class is a Yin yoga class conducted in a hot room. Longer holds in poses (up to 3 minutes) can be expected.

TRANQUIL

Delve into a world of peace and tranquility with the help of Yin yoga and breath work (Pranayama).

Center yourself and keep present with your breath, find release and expansiveness in Yin postures. Slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing your joints, ligaments and fascia with the help of yoga props.

No prior yoga experience required/beginner friendly.

 

BACKBENDS

Explore the wonderful world of backbends hatha-style! Level up your practice with Backbends! Discover and improve on this asana category safely and fearlessly. Keep an open heart and step out of your comfort zone as you’re guided through an invigorating hatha sequence!

Suitable for practitioners with a basic to intermediate level of physical practice.

HIPS & HAMSTRINGS

Work on your hips and hamstrings hatha-style! Level up your practice with this asana category specific class! Create space and find more strength and stability in these areas of your body as you explore poses of this category in this 1 hour class.

Suitable for practitioners with a basic to intermediate level of physical practice.

UPSIDE DOWN

Explore the world of inversions hatha-style! Level up your practice with Upside Down! Gain strength, stamina and flexibility as we focus on improving poses in this asana category. Move beyond your comfort zone as you’re guided through an invigorating hatha sequence.

Suitable for practitioners who have prior experience with yoga/not suitable for first timers.
