CLASS SCHEDULE

Here's what you need to know for your In-Studio Class:

• A large towel covering your mat is mandatory for all Hot/Warm classes. Towel rentals are available if you forget yours.

• Sign in at the front desk upon arrival to ensure your attendance is marked.

• Mats, straps, and blocks are provided; lockers and showers are also available.

• Late arrivals are not allowed to join the class, and cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty.

• Mobile phones are prohibited during class.

• There is a 5-minute grace period after the class starts to allow students to enter the studio. Students will not be allowed to enter the class after the 5-minute grace period strictly.
