FREEDOM YOGA TERMS & CONDITIONS

 
 

IN-STUDIO CLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Class Duration:

    • All classes are 60 minutes in duration unless otherwise stated within the class name.

  2. Class Credit:

    • All classes cost 1 class credit unless otherwise stated within the class name.

  3. Minimum Attendance:

    • Our classes require a minimum attendance to proceed. If the minimum attendance is not achieved, you will be notified at least 4 hours before the class commencement.

  4. Class Cancellation:

    • If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, the booked credit will be refunded to your account.

  5. Late Cancellation Policy:

    • The late cancellation window is 12 hours before the class starts. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the start of class will be considered a late cancellation.

    • Exceptions for Medical Reasons: Freedom Yoga acknowledges that there may be instances where late cancellations are necessitated by medical reasons. However, any such exceptions are subject to strict verification.

    • Verification Requirement: To waive a late cancellation fee for medical reasons, participants must provide supporting documentation in the form of a medical certificate or Doctor's letter. This documentation is required solely for verification purposes. The requirement for supporting documentation for medical-related cancellations is non-negotiable. Failure to provide adequate documentation will result in the standard late cancellation fee being applied.

    • Discretion of Freedom Yoga: Freedom Yoga reserves the right to exercise discretion in assessing individual cases and determining whether supporting documentation provided is sufficient to waive a late cancellation fee.

  6. Minimum Attendance:

    • Our classes require a minimum attendance to proceed. If the minimum attendance is not achieved, you will be notified at least 4 hours before the class commencement.

  7. Class Cancellation:

    • If a class is cancelled due to low attendance, the booked credit will be refunded to your account.

  8. LATECOMERS POLICY

    • All classes will start on time. Please ensure you arrive at the studio before the class commencement. We would recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the start of class.

    • There is a 5-minute grace period after the class starts to allow students to enter the studio.

    • Students will not be allowed to enter the class after the 5-minute grace period strictly.

  9. AGGRESSIVE AND VIOLENT BEHAVIOR POLICY:

    • ZERO TOLERANCE: Aggressive or violent behavior towards staff, instructors, or other clients will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

    • IMMEDIATE ACTION: Any client exhibiting aggressive or violent behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be subject to suspension or termination of their membership or package without refund.

GENERAL CLASS PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Activation Date:

    • All Freedom Yoga Studio packages, including Regular, Daytime/Daylight, Membership/Subscription, and Unlimited packages, are activated on the date of purchase.

  2. Package Rollover:

    • Active packages cannot be rolled over with the purchase of a new package.

  3. Late Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class commencement time.

    • If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the class commencement time, the session's credits will be deducted from the package.

  4. Non-Credit Based Packages:

    • For Memberships, Subscriptions, and Unlimited packages, accounts will be suspended for 2 weeks if there are more than 2 late cancellations or no-shows within a 1-month period.

  5. Transferability and Refunds:

    • All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of whether the package credits are fully used.

  6. Usage Across Studios:

    • All packages can be used at any Freedom Yoga Studio location.

  7. Price Changes:

    • Prices can be subject to change by Freedom Yoga without prior notice.

PACKAGE EXTENSION TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Eligibility for Package Extensions:

    • Package extensions are only applicable for International travel and Medical-related reasons.

  2. Duration of Extensions:

    • The number of days extended will equal the number of days of travel or the number of days specified in a Doctor's letter or Medical Certificate.

  3. Validity Period:

    • Extensions will only be considered if the reason for extension fall within the original validity dates of the package.

  4. International Travel Extensions:

    • For travel-related extensions, submit supporting documents (e.g., Travel itinerary, Flight confirmations) via WhatsApp or email at hello@freedomyoga.sg for approval.

  5. Medical-Related Extensions:

    • For medical-related extensions, submit supporting documents (e.g. Medical Certificate or Doctor's letter) via WhatsApp or email at hello@freedomyoga.sg for approval.

  6. Expired Packages:

    • Extensions cannot be granted for packages that have been expired for more than 6 months from the time of the extension request.

  7. Package Owner:

    • Extensions are only applicable to the package owner for travel or medical reasons. Other sharing members of the same package are not eligible to apply for an extension.

  8. Pregnancy-Related Extensions:

 

STUDENT UNLIMITED / FIRST TIMER TRIAL UNLIMITED SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Non-Sharable, Non-Extendable, Non-Transferable, and Non-Refundable:

    • This package cannot be shared, extended, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.

  2. Late Cancellation Policy:

    • If there are more than 2 late cancellations within 1 month, your account will be suspended for 2 weeks. There will be no extension to the package for the suspension period.

  3. Class Restrictions:

    • This offer cannot be used for classes that cost 2 or more class credits.

  4. General Class Package Terms and Conditions:

 

FLOWSTATE SUBSCRIPTION SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Initial and Subsequent Investments:

    • Initial investment: $200.

    • Subsequent investments: $200 per month, auto-renewing unless cancelled by either the client or Freedom Yoga.

  2. Cancellation by Client:

    • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by the client.

    • To cancel your subscription, please submit your request through WhatsApp. Cancellation requests may take up to 24 hours to process and be implemented.

  3. Cancellation by Freedom Yoga:

    • Subscriptions can be terminated by Freedom Yoga at its discretion in the event of studio policy violations.

  4. Non-Sharable, Non-Extendable, Non-Transferable, and Non-Refundable:

    • This offer is non-sharable, non-extendable, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

  5. Class Restrictions:

    • This offer cannot be used for classes that cost 2 or more class credits.

  6. Missed Payments:

    • If a payment is missed, the package is immediately deactivated and the account will be suspended until payment is completed.

  7. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

    • f there are more than 2 late cancellations within 1 month, your account will be suspended for 2 weeks. There will be no extension to the package for the suspension period.

  8. General Terms and Conditions:

 

DAYLIGHT PACKAGE SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Validity:

    • Daylight packages are only valid for the following classes:

      • Weekday classes (Monday to Friday).

      • Classes between 7 AM to 5 PM.

  2. Class Schedule:

    • For available daytime classes applicable to our Daylight series, please refer to our class schedule here.

  3. General Terms and Conditions:

 

Your use of this site constitutes your agreement to be bound by and to act in accordance with all the above Terms & Conditions. By purchasing any package from Freedom Yoga Studio, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
