Absolutely!
If you purchase more than one package, we’ll adjust them to activate one after the other. Just let our customer service team know through WhatsApp or email (hello@freedomyoga.sg) after your purchase, and we'll update the activation dates for you.

Of course! All our non-unlimited packages can be shared with an unlimited number of people. Click here for a guide on how to share your package with your loved ones!

All our packages activate on the date of purchase, and not on the first use.
If you already have an existing package and need your new package's activation date adjusted to start after your current one expires, just let us know via WhatsApp or email (hello@freedomyoga.sg), and we’ll take care of it for you. (Refer to FAQ No. 5)

Yes! Your new purchases will activate after your current package is fully utilized or expired. This ensures that everyone can enjoy our ongoing promotions, even if you already have an active package with us.

Unfortunately, packages must be under the same package holder to be adjusted to start one after the other.
However, if you want to reallocate a booking to a specific package (yours or your friend's), just drop us a WhatsApp message or email (hello@freedomyoga.sg) and we’ll sort those credits out for you!

All our packages activate on the date of purchase unless you have an existing package (refer to FAQ No. 5).
If you have international travel plans, submit your travel documents to us via WhatsApp or email (hello@freedomyoga.sg), and we'll extend your package according to the number of days you're away. For more details on our extension policies, click here.

Unfortunately, our packages cannot be divided between accounts. All shared credits will remain under the main account holder but will be shareable with as many accounts as requested by the main account holder.

Unfortunately, we can only adjust the activation dates of our packages to accommodate previously purchased packages with our studio.
