Our Fundamentals Series classes are tailor-made for beginners like you, offering three different (fixed) sequences designed to kickstart your yoga journey with confidence.

Held every week across both our studios, these fixed sequences are your ticket to mastering the basics of yoga poses.

Plus, practicing the same sequence allows you to track your progress and build a solid foundation for your practice. Get ready to feel more comfortable on the mat and start your yoga journey on the right foot!

These classes are suitable for the absolute beginner with no prior experience and for regular practitioners looking to revisit the foundations.

Our first Fundamentals Class will start on 6th May at our Martin Road Studio!

 

FAQ

  • There is no specific order for our FUNDAMENTALS A, B, or C classes! Each sequence is unique and independent. We offer A, B, and C to provide variety and options for your choosing!

  • Absolutely! The sequence taught in each FUNDAMENTALS class remains consistent over time. This allows you to track your progress and build a strong foundation for your practice. For example, the sequence in all FUNDAMENTALS A classes will always be the same sequence of poses.

  • Our FUNDAMENTALS classes follow the same sequence of poses, but different instructors may lead each class. All instructors teaching our FUNDAMENTALS series are briefed on the specific sequence for each class type. Despite variations in teaching styles, you can rely on the consistency of poses taught in every FUNDAMENTALS class.
