This is the experience of a lifetime!!! It’s not easy, and you have to work hard but the amazing part is that you are not alone in this great adventure and that’s where all the fun is! Whether you’re doing this teacher training to deepen your practice or to actually become a teacher, I would just say get out there, take a leap of faith because you won’t regret it! On top of that, the teaching team is the best you could hope for so you are in really good hands!

We were taught to teach from our heart, the importance of proper sequencing, how to ignite the practices of the yamas and the niyamas, understanding anatomy and asanas. We also made lifelong connections with the amazing teachers and students, that will grow as beautifully as our teaching and our practice.

The teaching team is some of the most openminded and welcoming ppl from anywhere. It felt that way from Day 1. Everyone of the students from my intake came from different walks of life, culture, lifestyles and even countries.

The leading team has combined everything to make it to the most fruitful, colourful, enjoyable weeks for EVERYONE!!!

We got to practise teaching each other from Day 1. It gave us the chance to slowly ease ourselves into cuing and teaching. It gave us the room learn, experience, and practise, and to become more confident in being the lone voice in the class. We gradually picked up all the tools and techniques we needed to become teachers at a manageable pace.
